Women’s Golf 25th In Nation, First Time Ever

AUGUSTA, Ga.  - For the first time in program history, the GRU Augusta women's golf team is ranked in the top 25 in the nation, according to Golfstat.com's most recent national rankings where the Jaguars are listed at No. 25.

The Jaguars were ranked 28th in Golfstat.com's last poll on Oct. 15, but steady play and three top-five team results this year – highlighted by a first-place victory at the Lady Pirate Intercollegiate, where they won by 19 strokes, has elevated them into national prominence.
