Charlotte, N.C. – The Augusta Jaguars Volleyball team closed out the first day of the Queens Invitational with a win over North Greenville. The Jags Improve to 2-0 on the young season while the Crusaders now sit at 0-2.

Junior Chloe Allen turned in a dominant performance on the day notching a team high 13 kills, 16.5 points, and a hitting percentage of .591. Junior Kassie Till led the team with 18 assists while Senior Payton Murchie followed close behind with 12 of her own. As a team, the Jaguars hit .234 and managed 41 kills to North Greenville's 23.

Augusta will return to action tomorrow when they face the defending region champion Wingate Bulldogs at 2:30 p.m. in Day 2 of the Queens Invitational.
