AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta University women's volleyball team is eighth in the most recent NCAA Southeast Region rankings, which were released Wednesday afternoon by the NCAA.
Augusta is currently 17-13 on the season and 6-5 in the Peach Belt Conference. The Jaguars wrap up the 2017 regular-season this Saturday, Nov. 11 for a 2:00 p.m. against USC Aiken.
Wingate is first team ranked in the region with a 22-2 regional record. The USC Aiken Pacers are second with a 21-3 region mark (22-4 overall), Anderson is third, Flagler moved to No. 4, and Queens dropped to fifth. Georgia College sits sixth, Carson-Newman seventh, Augusta is eighth, and Lander and Tusculum complete the top 10.
