WINGATE, N.C. – GRU Augusta women's volleyball freshman Kali Boatwright and senior Kristen Koch were named to the NCAA Southeast Regional All-Tournament Team.
The team is comprised of two from each team in the NCAA Southeast Regional that reached the semifinals and four from each team that reached finals.
In the Jaguars first-round match of the regional tournament on Thursday, Nov. 20 against the Anderson Trojans, Boatwright had a career-high 19 kills and Koch posted 18 kills, with each providing 19 digs. Koch posted a .295 hitting percentage while Boatwright ended the night with a .220 attack percentage. GRU won a 3-2 match over AU to advance to meet top-seeded Wingate.
Against Wingate on their home court on Friday in the semifinal match, Boatwright had eight kills, five assists, and 11 digs with two blocks. Koch added seven kills with nine digs. See full stats from 2014 by clicking here
