NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Augusta University women’s track and field team had three student-athletes on the 2017 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field All-Region team. The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced the All-Region team on Tuesday and sophomores Heather Hammett, Kiana Kelly, and freshman Shelby Myers represent Augusta.

The 2017 edition lasted Friday and Saturday in Atlanta and the Lady Jags broke school records in the shot put, 400 meter, and 4x100 meter race.
