"We are entering this spring season with positive momentum and lots of confidence," head coach Caroline Hegg said. "This team broke pretty much all of the major scoring records in Augusta women's golf history last fall. If we continue to work extremely hard, focus on the small things, and support each other as a team, we will have great success in our wonderful schedule of tournaments this spring."

Ranked No. 47 in the nation according to Golfstat.com, Augusta begins its spring portion of the schedule in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico at the Lady Puerto Rico Classic, hosted by Purdue, at Rio Mar Country Club Feb. 10-12. This will be AU's sixth time competing in the tourney. Following the long trip to Puerto Rico, Augusta returns closer to home for the Moon Golf Invitational Feb. 18-19 in Melbourne, Fla. at Duran Golf Club.

For the 14th season, Augusta hosts its annual home event at Forest Hills Golf with the Valspar Augusta Invitational march 16-17. This year's home event is a two-day format with teams playing 36 holes on Saturday and 18 on Sunday. Augusta has finished top three in the event every season under Hegg including a runner-up finish in 2018 and the team's first victory at the tournament in 2016.

After a weekend at home, it's back to the other side of the country in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., for San Diego State University's, March Mayhem, at the Farms Golf Club March 25-27. The Jags head to the Clemson Invitational April 7-9 at The Reserve at Lake Keowee in Sunset, S.C. The regular season ends at the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic in Athens, Ga. April 11-13 at the UGA Golf Course.

The NCAA Regionals take place May 6-8 at four different sites across the nation and the NCAA Championships are set for May 17-22 in Fayetteville, Ark.
