AUGUSTA, Ga. – Second year Augusta University head women's basketball coach Millette Green announced the signing of Ja'Naya Wadsworth, Jaelyn Autman, Kiera Howard, and Asia Harrison to national letters of intent. The new trio joined the Jaguars in the early signing period and will compete in the 2018-19 season.

Wadsworth is a 5-7 guard from Atlanta, Ga. who helped lead Henry County High School to a 29-2 season and a perfect 12-0 mark in the region as a senior in 2017-18. She was a second team All-Region selection at HCHS and her squad finished runner up in the Class 4-AAAA playoffs.

Autman is a 5-10 guard from Hope Mills, N.C. who averaged a double-double for her high school career and averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds as a senior in 2017-18. She was the first player in school history to break 1,000 career points and the first to post a triple-double. Autman was named the team MVP three times and All-Region twice, while picking up numerous All-Tournament accolades.

Harrison is an incoming 5-7 freshman guard from Valdosta, Ga. Harrison was named the Region Player of the twice and All-Region twice. She broke 1,000 career points at VSHS and helped her team win the region and reach the Elite Eight in her senior season in 2018.

Hometown / Previous School: McDonough, Ga. / Eagles Landing High School

"Kiera is a high-motor floor general. She takes pride in setting the tempo on both ends of the floor and finding her teammates in their sweet spots."
Howard hails from McDonough, Ga. where she lettered in all four years of basketball for Eagles Landing High School. Howard broke the 1,000 career-point mark, while earning first team All-Region honors during her stretch of time at ELHS. Her squad won the region in 2018 and in 2017, while reaching the Elite Eight.
The new crew joins three others who signed with Augusta in the November 2017 NLI period.
