GAME 1

The Jaguars clawed back from a 3-0 deficit against FMU (26-15, 5-7 PBC) in the second inning and tied the game with three runs in the fifth. Augusta freshman Olivia Biles grounded out the right side of the infield with the bases loaded to score sophomore Regan Norfleet. AU freshman Lauren Prescott legged out a triple to right field and brought home seniors Kelsea Hunter and Savannah Gabriel to tie the contest at 3-3.

The Patriots loaded the bases with one out in the bottom of the seventh inning and a sacrifice fly to deep right field drove in the winning around as FMU won 4-3.

Junior Morgan Hunter (3-15) hurled seven innings in her 18th start of the year and recorded three strikeouts while surrendering six hits for four runs.

K. Hunter and senior Lydia Hausman each posted two hits for the Jaguars, while Prescott picked up two RBI on her triple. Norfleet and Gabriel each scored once on a one-hit performance.

GAME 2
