Augusta Softball Hosts Cancer Awareness Games March 23

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta University softball team will host the annual cancer awareness games to support the Georgia Cancer Center on Saturday, March 23 for a 12:00 p.m. doubleheader at Jaguar Field against Flagler College. The games serve to raise awareness and funds for cancer research and the university cancer center.

Augusta hosts the Flagler Saints for back-to-back Peach Belt Conference games at Jaguar Field. Game one starts at 12:00 p.m. and game two is set to follow at 2:00 p.m.

 

Our friends at The Georgia Cancer Center will be on site at the games and fans will have a chance to make a donation throughout the day. Informational tables will be set up around the field and cancer survivors will be in attendance!
