C-N carded a first-inning run for a quick lead in game two, but the Jaguars responded in the bottom of the third when freshman CiCi Castillo and senior Kelsea Hunter hit back-to-back RBI singles for a 2-1 score. The lead changed again when the Eagles hit a two-run home run to straight center field in the fourth inning. C-N scored eight runs in the fourth inning and went on to win 11-2

AU freshman Katy Caldwell (0-2) was the starting pitcher and went 3.1 innings to strike out four and allow four hits on six runs. Augusta went to Alyssa Johnson briefly in the fourth, before junior Courtney Browne pitched in relief.
