AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta University men's and women's cross country teams compete in their final regular-season meet of the season with a trip to the Bobcat Invitational, hosted by Georgia College, Friday, Oct. 6 in Milledgeville, Ga.
With just a few weeks left until the postseason begins with the Peach Belt Conference Championships on Oct. 21, both regionally-ranked Augusta cross country squads are set for their fourth race of the season.

The Jags took first amongst all division II teams at the Eye Opener Invitational Sept. 1, owned their home meet at the Jaguar XC Invitational Sept. 9, and most recently bested the 15-team field at the Wingate Bulldog Stampede Sept. 23.
Junior standout Daniel Broadhead has been named the PBC Runner of the Week twice this season. He has won back-to-back races for Augusta and placed in the top 10 every time.
Senior Dylan Forester has not finished worse than sixth in his two races this season, freshman Hunter Kimball has two top-five finishes, and senior Josh Thompson and freshman Jacob Poston have placed top 20 in every race.
