Jags Regionally Ranked

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta State women's and men's cross country programs have each cracked the NCAA Southeast Region rankings, according to the preseason polls released earlier this week by the USTFCCCA (U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association).

Both Jaguar squads open the season Saturday night in the 10th annual Brooks Memphis Twilight Classic in Memphis, Tenn.

The ASU men received their first-ever preseason regional ranking when they came in fourth. The Lady Jags were tabbed sixth in the preseason region rankings after finishing sixth at last fall's NCAA Southeast Regional.
