NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. – The Augusta University women's and men's cross country and track and field teams will co-host the sixth annual AU Run for the GreenJackets 5K on Saturday, September 1 at SRP Park. The fundraiser to support the Jaguar cross country and track teams begins at 7:30 a.m.
WHO? Augusta Athletics and the Augusta GreenJackets host a 5K to support the AU cross country and track and field programs.
WHAT? Annual 5K race in North Augusta, S.C. This exciting 5K will take runners around parts of the Greenway along the Savannah River and near Hammonds Ferry. It will finish inside the new SRP stadium!
WHERE? SRP Park located at 187 Railroad Ave., North Augusta, S.C. | COURSE MAP
WHEN? September 1st, 2018 @ 7:30 a.m.
A $27 entry fee gets you a spot in the race, a GreenJackets Gift, and a general admission Ticket into the GJ game on Sept. 1 starting 6:05 p.m. After August 22, the entry fee will increase to $37 for late entries. This event is open to runners, walkers, strollers and our four-legged friends! New this year, the race will be chip timed!
