GREENWOOD, S.C. -- Augusta State wrapped up its regular season Thursday with a 5-0 Peach Belt Conference victory over North Georgia at Lander's Joe Cabri Courts.
The match was moved to a neutral site ahead of this weekend's PBC Tennis Championships after matches were rained out on both Tuesday and Wednesday in Dahlonega, Ga.
The 12th-ranked Jaguars improved to 15-8 overall and 4-5 in the conference standings, while the No. 25 Saints settled for a 14-7 and 3-6 marks on the regular season and in the league, respectively.
Third-seeded ASU will face No. 3 seed Lander Friday afternoon at 5:00 p.m., in the quarterfinals of the PBC Championships
