ASU Netters Hold Steady In Poll

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta State's men's tennis team remained at No. 12 in the most recent Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) national rankings.

 The Jaguars, who improved their win streak to six with a 7-2 takedown of No. 33 USC Aiken, check in as the fifth-highest Peach Belt team in the ranks. Armstrong Atlantic, with three of the top five individual players, is first, while Columbus State (No. 8), Lander (No. 9), and Francis Marion (No. 10) stayed in a pack.

ASU's Bernardo Fernandes slipped a spot to No. 31 in men's singles, while he and doubles partner Henrique Boturao check in at No. 21 in the doubles rank.

The Jaguars are in action Friday, April 13 when they host No. 29 Georgia College in a PBC match at Newman Tennis Center beginning at 3:00 p.m.
