Men’s Golf Finishes 11th at Maui Jim Intercollegiate

Scottsdale Az. – The Augusta University Men's Golf team finished in 11th place at the Maui Jim Intercollegiate yesterday. After three days of competition the Jags shot a total of 836, good for -4 under par. Arizona State won the tournament going -38 under par as a team, while Arizona finished second with Clemson finishing third.

Gustav Andersson was the top Jag finisher, placing 32nd with a three round total of 208 (-2 under par). Ben van Wyk and McCullough Pickens finished right behind Andersson in 33rd at -1 under par. Alex van Wyk finished +6 over par while Jack Vajda closed the tournament at +8 over par.

 

The Jaguars will head to Winston-Salem N.C. from September 23rd to the 24th for the Old Town Club Collegiate hosted by Wake Forrest.
