Everett To Be Honored At Halftime Of Jan. 30th Basketball Game

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta University athletic department will recognize and honor former Augusta men's golfer and NCAA National Champion Broc Everett at halftime of the men's basketball game on Wednesday, Jan. 30 against rival USC Aiken in Christenberry Fieldhouse. The women's game tips off at 5:30 p.m. and the men follow at 7:30 p.m.

 

Everett is being honored for winning the 2018 NCAA Individual National Championship in Stillwater, Oklahoma on May 28, 2018. Everett carded a final round 1-under 71 to win the title at Karsten Creek Golf Club in Stillwater, Okla. Tied at 7-under-par after the final round, Everett edged out Auburn's Brandon Mancheno with a birdie on the first playoff hole to win his first collegiate tournament in his last collegiate start. He is the first Jaguar to win the an individual National Championship.
