KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. – The Augusta University men's golf team was set to open the new season for the second consecutive year at The Invitational at the Ocean Course Sept. 11-12 in Kiawah Island, S.C., but the threat of Hurricane Irma has cancelled the event.
Hosted by the College of Charleston, the tournament has no make-up date as of now, but is expected to be rescheduled in the near future.
