SABOT, Va. -- Augusta State fired the low round
of the day Tuesday and jumped five spots into second place in the
third and final round of the VCU Shootout at Hermitage Country

The Jaguars, who began the day in seventh place and seven shots
back of second-place Virginia, carded a nine-under 275 and overtook
Virginia, Virginia Tech, Iowa and Wichita State. ASU finished in a
tie with host Virginia Commonwealth at 11-under 841.

well. Amos took ninth place at three-under 210 (72-69-69) while
