Augusta, Ga. – Augusta University Men's Basketball Standout Darren Lucas-White was tabbed the Peach Belt Conference's Player of the Week.
Lucas-White averaged 16 points as the Jaguars won a pair of games last week. The sophomore from Capitol Heights, Md., scored 14 in a win at Benedict, then had 18 in a win over Barton. He hit 53% of his shots from the field and 78% from the line, adding 2.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 3.5 steals per game. He set back-to-back career highs in the two games and is ninth in the PBC in free throw percentage.
