AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta University Athletics announced the promotional nights for home Jaguar basketball games and released the dates for the Jaguar Club Café – a light snack and hospitality area for Jaguar Club members during select home basketball doubleheaders.
Below are the dates for the Jaguar Club Café and select games for various promo and marketing events. There will be halftime performances throughout the season by different groups from the community and the AU athletic teams will work the Jag Club Cafes!

2017-18 AUGUSTA BASKETBALL PROMO DATES
*** Events with two times listed designates a doubleheader with women's and men's basketball
- Dec. 9 (Sat.) VS. CROSSTOWN RIVAL PAINE COLLEGE @ 5:30 / 7:30 p.m.
- Augusta hosts Paine College for a doubleheader in Christenberry Fieldhouse. The women tipoff at 5:30 p.m. and the men at 7:30 p.m. for the first home doubleheader of the season!
- Dec. 19 (Tues.) EDUCATION DAY GAME @ 11:00 a.m.
- Men's basketball hosts the fourth annual Education Day game with over 2,000 fifth graders from Richmond County for a special 11:00 a.m. tipoff as part of an annual field trip! Augusta hosts North Georgia in Christenberry Fieldhouse.
- Jan. 17 (Wed.) JAGUARS UNITED NIGHT @ 5:30 / 7:30 p.m.
- The games will serve as the culmination event for a week-long competition amongst the 10 schools/colleges at Augusta University on who has the most school spirit!
- Jan. 20 (Sat.) MILITARY APPRECIATION DAY @ 12:00 / 2:00 p.m.
- An honored tradition continues as Augusta University Athletics honors members of the United States Armed Forces with the annual Military Appreciation Day doubleheader against Georgia Southwestern in Christenberry Fieldhouse!
- Jan. 31 (Wed.) GREEK LIFE NIGHT @ 5:30 / 7:30 p.m.
- AU is home to 12 fraternities and sororities and all are invited to join the Jaguars for a midweek Peach Belt Conference matchup! Augusta hosts Flagler in Christenberry Fieldhouse!
- Feb. 7 (Wed.) PINK OUT CANCER AWARENESS GAMES @ 5:30 / 7:30 p.m.
- The Jaguars host the UNC Pembroke Braves on Wednesday, Feb. 7 in Christenberry Fieldhouse. The games serve to raise and awareness and support for the Georgia Cancer Center at Augusta University!
- Feb. 10 (Sat.) 2018 HOMECOMING GAMES @ 1:30 / 3:30 p.m.
- Augusta University celebrates 2018 Homecoming during the week of Feb. 5-10! The week culminates with the 2018 Homecoming Games on Saturday, Feb. 10 against Georgia College in Christenberry Fieldhouse. The coronation ceremony and crowning of the king and queen takes place during the men's halftime!
- Feb. 12 (Mon.) INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS NIGHT @ 5:30 / 7:30 p.m.
- The Jaguars are teaming with the International Friendship program through the Department of English and Foreign Languages here at AU to celebrate our international students and student-athletes!
- Feb. 21 (Wed.) TELEVISED RIVALRY GAME w/ USC Aiken @ 5:30 / 7:30 p.m.
- The Jaguars welcome rival USC Aiken from just across the Savannah River for a doubleheader in Christenberry. WJBF News Channel 6 will broadcast the men's game live on WJBF 6.2 - Me-TV and stream it live on the WJBF site. AU's Hull College of Business will sponsor the game!
- Feb. 24 (Sat.) 2018 SENIOR DAY @ 1:30 / 3:30 p.m.
- Augusta University Athletics will honor the 2018 seniors from men's and women's basketball, cheerleading, and pep band in between the doubleheader against Lander!
