Men's Hoops Heads To Bowie State Dec. 4 To Take On Bulldogs
BOWIE, Md. - The Augusta University men's basketball team makes the trek to Bowie, Md., to take on the Bowie State Bulldogs on Sunday, Dec. 4 for a 2:00 p.m. non-conference contest in the Leonidas S. James Physical Education Complex.

The Jaguars enter the game 5-1 and Bowie State is 3-3 on the young season.

Augusta head coach Dip Metress is 4-1 against Bowie in his 13 years at the helm of the Jaguars. Last time out on Dec. 3, 2015, the Bulldogs beat Augusta 91-81 in Christenberry Fieldhouse.

Entering Sunday's matchup, Jaguar senior Keshun Sherrill leads the team and the Peach Belt Conference with 23.5 points per game and junior Kyle Doyle ranks first in the PBC with a 74.2 field-goal percentage.
