AUGUSTA, Ga. -- Augusta State Athletics will host a “Millionaire For A Day” contest during Wednesday’s Peach Belt Conference doubleheader with Armstrong Atlantic State in Christenberry Fieldhouse.
The promotion, sponsored by Queensborough National Bank & Trust of Martinez, will take place throughout the women’s contest at 5:30 p.m. vs. the Lady Pirates and will continue until halftime of the Jaguar men’s matchup with No. 25 Armstrong Atlantic State, scheduled to tip off at 7:30 p.m.
All fans who enter Christenberry Fieldhouse with a valid ticket stub are eligible for the drawing, which will award one lucky fan $300, or approximately the amount of interest gained on a $1 million bank CD in one day. The drawing will take place at the conclusion of halftime of the men’s game.
The Grovetown Jumping Jaguars are scheduled to appear at halftime of the men’s game as well.
