Charlotte, NC --- Augusta State University’s men’s basketball team fell 103-88 to 10th-ranked Wingate University Friday night at the Queens College Classic. With the loss the Jaguars fall to 3-2 on the season.
The Jaguars were led by T.J. Ott’s 24 points. Senior Center Festus Hawkins added 15 points and six rebounds and Gary Boodnikoff chipped in with 18 points.
ASU will face Lenoir Rhyne tomorrow night at 6:00 p.m. Lenoir-Rhyne was a 73-70 loser to host Queens College. ASU and LRU will be playing for third place in the tournament.
