Luke Miller joined the Augusta University baseball program as a volunteer assistant coach in July 2017.

Born in Chattanooga, Tenn., on Oct. 15, 1993, Miller graduated from Young Harris College in Young Harris, Ga., in May 2017 with a BA degree in communications. Miller was member of the YHC Mountain Lions baseball program and posted 60 RBI and .280 career batting average during his tenure.

Miller began his collegiate career at Pearl River Community College in Poplarville, Miss., and before transferring to Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) in Tifton, Ga., and eventually Young Harris. He was a student-athlete on the baseball team at all three institutions. Miller played every positon during his collegiate career and totaled 15 homers.
