Jags Baseball Hosts Augusta Exchange Club Night April 12

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta University baseball team will welcome the Augusta Exchange Club for the midweek non-conference game on Wednesday, April 12 against Lenoir-Rhyne at 5:00 p.m. in Lake Olmstead Stadium. All members of the Augusta Exchange Club and their families are invited to attend the game and cheer on the Jaguars as they meet the Bears under the lights!

 

The Augusta Exchange Club will throw out the ceremonial first pitch set to kickoff the event.

 

Augusta enters the contest 15-20 on the season and 7-11 in the Peach Belt Conference and Lenoir-Rhyne sports a 20-18 record and a 6-12 mark in the Southern Athletic Conference.

 

The Augusta Exchange Club was formed in 1923 when a group of individuals had the desire to utilize their time in ways which they could collectively benefit the community of Augusta. The primary focus was to accomplish something worthwhile for our city, our state, and our country. They want to help the boys and girls of Augusta and the delinquent and neglected children.
